WHAT IS THE MEANING OF VINIYOG?- 03 FACTS;- 1-Viniyog, Nyasa and Dhyaan are the the 3 bases of any mantra. Every mantra has its own viniyog, nyasa and dhyaan shloka. 2-The mantra that doesn't have viniyog is called as bhujang i.e. serpent. Here, serpent is not in a bad aspect. But, being a bhujang mantra means that the mantra's powers are unknown and one cannot know what kind of power and how much power a mantra has. 3-Other than this, bhujang also refers to mantras who were never siddh by any rishi previously.Viniyog is hence a must. If there is no viniyog, then the sadhak must recite the isht devta's kavach. THE PROCEDURE OF VINIYOG;- 05 FACTS;- 1. Viniyog is of 3 type, first is as a japa, 2nd is as a paath and 3rd is as a nyasa. 2-However, mostly the first one is followed. However, if you are doing japa for a lot of times or if you are are going to do multiple purashcharan of a mantra, then, nyasa viniyog procedure must be followed. 3-The paath viniyog is similar to japa viniyog except that in paath viniyog, the viniyog is recited loudly and clearly. While in japa viniyog, one must say the viniyog in a low voice. 4-The procedure for viniyog is simple. Before starting the mantra japa, nyasa and dhyaan, the sadhak must take a spoonful of water in his hands and recite this viniyog and offer the water to the ground in front of him. Care must be taken that no one steps on this water or else it will be an insult of the isht devata whose mantra sadhana you are doing. 5-The viniyog must be performed every day during the sadhana days just one time before you perform the nyasa and mantra japa. WHAT IS THE MEANING OF NYASA?- 04 FACTS;- 1-Nyasa is very necessary because without nyasa the demonic energies and pret, pisaach, etc steal our mantra energy and hamper our mental peace. 2-Nyasa is an extremely important part of a mantra sadhana. There are 64 different kinds of nyasa. Out of these, The rushyaadi nyasa, Kar nyasa, ang nyasa and Matruka nyasa exist for every mantra. 3-By performing the nyasa, godly energy is established in various parts of body which protects us and our mantra sadhana. 4-While performing the nyasa the sadhak must imagine as if divine and a very warm energy is entering your body. The best way to know whether we have successfully performed a nyasa or not is that, after performing the nyasa, you must close your eyes. On closing your eyes, if you see white glowing light in the so and so parts of your body, then it means that nyasa was successful. THE PROCEDURE OF KAR NYASA; - Kar nyasa means performing nyasa on the fingers. Every mantra has its own nyasa mantras. However as an example,We can take the nyasa procedure of hanuman mool mantra; - || ॐ ह्रां ह्रीं ह्रूं ह्रैं ह्रौं ह्रः || . The nyasa mantras for each mantra is different. Hence, in place of these mantras you must replace those mantras whose sadhana you are doing |[ॐ ह्रां ] अङ्गुष्ठाभ्यां नमः । - Slide your index finger from the bottom to the top of your thumb |[ॐ ह्रीं ] तर्जनीभ्यां नमः । -Slide your thumb from bottom to the top of your index finger |[ॐ ह्रूं ] मध्यमाभ्यां नमः । - slide your thumb from bottom to the top of your middle finger |[ॐ ह्रैं ] अनामिकाभ्यां नमः । - slide your thumb from bottom to the top of your ring finger |[ॐ ह्रौं ] कनिष्ठिकाभ्यां नमः । - slide your thumb from bottom to the top of your last finger |[ॐ ह्रः ] करतलकरपृष्ठाभ्यां नमः । - First, touch your right palm on the back of the left hand palm, then touch the back of your right hand palm using your left hand palm. You must hence chant the mantra 2 times in the last nyasa. THE PROCEDURE OF ANG NYASA; - - Ang nyasa means to perform nyasa on ang i.e. body. Ang nyasa is of 2 types, shad ang and panch-ang. Shad ang means 6 body parts and panch-ang means 5 body parts. The nyasa procedure is same for both of them except that panchang nyasa you must skip 5th nyasa. 1. (ॐ ह्रां ) हृदयाय नमः । - Touch your heat using right hand. 2. (ॐ ह्रीं) शिरसे स्वाहा । - Using your right hand thumb touch your sahasra chakra 3. (ॐ ह्रूं ) शिखायै वषट् । -Touch your shikha. 4 .(ॐ ह्रैं ) कवचाय हुं । - Using your right hand, touch the left shoulder and using your left hand, touch the right shoulder. 5. (ॐ ह्रौं ) नेत्रत्रयाय वौषट् । - Using your index, middle and ring finger touch your 3 eyes. 6. (ॐ ह्रः ) अस्त्राय फट् । - Use the index and middle finger of your right hand and then, raise your left hand high in the air and clap using these 2 fingers on the left hand palm in a very strong and loud manner. Then, snap your fingers 3 times over your head while rotating it in a clockwise manner. This is called as chutki marna in hindi. This completes the nyasa procedure. DHYANA;- 06 FACTS;- 1-Every mantra has its own dhyana shloka. The dhyaan shloka tells us the form of god on which we must meditate. 2-In a peaceful sadhana, we meditate on a peaceful form of god. In a shatru nash or similar kind of ugra sadhanas we meditate on fierce form of god. 3-The sadhak must use help of his guru in order to understand the form of god he must meditate upon. 4-Our tantras say that the person who chants mantra without meditating on god and without devotion or faith, such a person's mantra energy and happiness of life is stolen by demon king Bali himself. 5-If one does not meditate, The isht devta i.e. the god whose sadhana he is doing, very silently and secretly destroys the sadhak. 6-Dhyaan in return only helps us because it helps us to get siddhi over mantra more easily. Hence, if someone doesn't do dhyaan, it is the sadhak's loss and not of the god. ...SHIVOHAM....
