WHAT IS POSITIVE /NEGATIVE ENERGY ?CAN WE INCREASE POSITIVE ENERGY THROUGH AURA MEDITATION EXERCISE? POSITIVE /NEGATIVE ENERGY ;- 11 FACTS;- 1-Energy is all around us and it is a part of us. It is everywhere. Our universe is made from energy and it is fundamental to the existence of everything.It exists as light, heat, sound, mass, moving objects, gravity, fuel, chemicals, and electricity. We use many of these different types of energy to enhance our lives every day.Love and positive energy really is all around, it just takes practice to see it. 2--Positive, neutral, or negative, you create energy every moment of every day. Everything you think, everything you say, everything you do, and everything you don’t do emit corresponding vibration that gets sent out to the world. 3-Certain people give off positive energy, others negative. It's the quality of someone's being, a measure of love with which they've led their lives. It also reflects the inner work they've done, their efforts to heal anger, hatred, or self-loathing, which poison us like toxic fumes. 4-It has been said that really, everything is a form of energy. Whether you see it or feel it — you navigate through all kinds of it as you go about your day. 5-If you focus your thoughts, words, and actions on creating more positive energy, your life will improve in ways you now believe impossible. Everything in your life and everyone in your path will move to a higher plane of vibration. 5-"Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless — like water. Now you put water in a cup, it becomes the cup; You put water into a bottle it becomes the bottle; You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash." Imagine that we are all simply grains of sand on the beach, each a separate manifestation of the one great whole. 6- On the high end is the positive, high-vibrating energy that causes everything in that area of your life to be going smoothly. On the low end is the negative, low-vibrating energy that causes everything in that area of your life to be a series of problems and struggles. 7-Whenever you find yourself in a situation you don’t like, mentally elevate your energy as high as your beliefs will allow, toward the high end of the spectrum. The more you do this, the more you will elevate your vibration, gradually changing your beliefs and therefore gradually changing your circumstances. 8-Certain people radiate positive energy, and others negative energy. It’s a combination of a person’s past, their mindset, their dominant thoughts and beliefs and their perception of the world. 9-Sometimes that energy is easily felt, and other times it manifests as an instant like or dislike of a person you’ve just met (without having any obvious clues as to why you feel this way). 10-Positive people are loving, happy, compassionate, kind and supportive. You intuitively feel safe, happy and relaxed around them. Their vibe is welcoming. Negative people are judgmental, unhappy (complainers) and they like to put others down. You intuitively feel insecure, unhappy and tense around them. Their vibe is off-putting. 11- In any situation, imagine the two poles of energy.It’s like a temperature gauge on your water faucet (a tap) – Both ends are water, only one end is hot and the other is cold. The important thing to remember is that energy has polarity (opposites) and where there is one type of energy, you can swing the pendulum over to the other side. You have the power to move from negative to positive instantly. Here’s how:- 07 POINTS;- 1. Do whatever makes you happy What lights your inner fire?What makes you feel right and good? 2-Tune in to your mind/body 3-Choose to see the good in people 4-Know that you are in control of your own energy. NEGATIVE ENERGY AND YOUR AURA ;- 03 POINTS;- 1-When you are depressed, your psychic energy is also depressed. Negative emotions like fear and anxiety create blockages to our physical energy as well as our emotional energy and aura. When you can clear your aura of negativity, you have freedom from what is holding you back. 2-If we are souls having a human experience, then it is this frequency of souls which vibrates and creates an energetic field around the human body. This field around our physical body is known as the “aura.” 3-Just like your physical body, your subtle body in the form of you aura may experience and exhibit stress, fragmentation(the state of breaking) and a loss of luminosity (the intrinsic brightness of a celestial object). HOW TO SEE AURAS.... 04 POINTS;- 1-To try seeing someone’s aura for the first time, gaze at the person for about a minute, then close your eyes. See the clear outline of the person inside your eyelids, as if they had a bright light behind them. That outline is their aura. 2-You can do this for yourself by either looking at yourself in a mirror or gazing at your own hand. You may see the outline as a color or it may appear to vibrate or pulse. 3-When you work with extrasensory perception (ESP), it is easy to distrust what your sixth sense is ‘seeing.’ For example when you try this exercise, you might say that you thought someone’s aura was yellow, but that was only because they were wearing a yellow shirt. 4-Second guessing yourself is the enemy of ESP. You already don’t trust what you are seeing with your mind’s eye because it isn’t really there in the physical world. Usually your first impression is correct. Trust your gut (natural) instinct because that is the key to perceiving beyond the physical realm. 4 WAYS TO CLEAR YOUR AURA OF NEGATIVE ENERGY 1. VISUALIZE YOUR AURA Sit in a quiet, distraction-free zone in your house. Stay seated comfortably in a position you can relax in for about 15 minutes while practicing breathing exercises. Remain conscious of what you’re doing, and aware of your inhales and exhales. A-You can even meditate. Once you find yourself beginning to totally relax, form a white light in your mind and have it surround you. Allow it to flow throughout you, from the tips of your toes to the top of your head, and visualize it moving up and down your back, near your spine. If you get distracted or thrown off, you can get yourself back on track by re-visualizing the white light and focusing on your breath. 2. DISCARD YOUR NEGATIVE ENERGY Avoid negative people or energy vampires. People affect more than just themselves, so be aware of how others affect your energy and vice versa. One way to protect yourself is to make sure you surround yourself with more positive people than negative ones. A-Spend less time time (or none at all) with negative people, once you figure who they are. Find positive people who always have a smile to offer and have kind souls. These people can help offset negativity in your aura. 3. CLEANSE YOUR OWN NEGATIVE THOUGHTS If you have negative energy wafting around ;Try looking inward. Start paying attention to your thoughts. Are there a lot of negative ones? Take a look at them. Are they untrue, delusional, or paranoid (suffering from the mental condition)? All the more reason to chuck them out. Focus on the bright side of things. A-If you are having a really bad day, it’s okay to express your feelings, but don’t wallow in that place. Make your day a good one by treating yourself to your favorite tea. Play your favorite song. Find a friend to hang out with. If you notice that a negative thought is trying to creep in, confront it with a positive one. If you keep practicing this, you will be able to conquer the effects of negative thinking. 4. CREATE A PROTECTION BUBBLE This is the most commonly practiced ways of protecting the aura. Practitioners praise it as a beautiful way to connect them to the divine, and when it’s done in the mornings, it’s a defining start to the day. Imagine white light coming down from the sky, divine, cosmos, universe, whatever higher power resonates with you. A-Connect this light to the crown of your head, and then let it spill out over you and down under your feet. You are now surrounded by a white light bubble. White is pure and highly protective. You are in control of what enters and exits your white bubble of protection. AURAS ARE REAL ENOUGH TO BE STUDIED BY SCIENCE There are special cameras that capture the energy aura of the body. With these cameras that can see the energy that is not visible to the naked eye, researchers can test how auras respond to treatment. THE AURA CLEANSING & HEALING;- 1-As we accumulate unwanted energies in daily life, regular aura cleansing supports health and well-being. Like psychic dust bunnies, we go around collecting debris (waste) on our aura, until we finally do something to cleanse it... 2-It is the same with personal hygiene. If you do not bathe, your body will become dirtier and dirtier. Gradually the smell becomes unbearable. And for those around you after an aura healing will believe it to be an aura cleansing spell, getting to enjoy your lightness again. 4-In modern culture, we expect people to take care of their personal hygiene by bathing regularly, if not daily. But we are not yet so spiritually evolved. 5-Your aura is the electromagnetic field of energy surrounding your body. Your aura forms your personal energy space. It is useful to clearly define the boundaries of your aura, while allowing your energy flow. What you have in your aura is what you see out through, what you are seen through, what you experience as your reality, and what you attract to you... 5 TIPS TO CLEANSE THE AURA;- 1- TAKE A SEA SALT BATH /SHOWER ;- Simply take a shower with sea salt. Rub the salt into your skin while setting the intention to cleanse your aura, washing away anything that does not belong to you.By using your intention, your consciousness directs the energy where it needs to go. A-You can also take a bath with sea salt. Simply add 4 cups of sea salt to the water of bath tub and soak for 20 minutes. This simple method works like a charm and, you will feel better quickly. Since sea salt is such a good natural cleansing agent, this is the reason why so many people love swimming in the ocean. It’s a natural aura cleanse. B-Bathing with sea salt has countless benefits. It can sooth cramps and muscles aches, as well as ease insomnia and skin troubles. There are many different types of sea salt, but all offer similar benefits. The most notable difference is the grain size, which determines how quickly the salt will dissolve in your bath water. C-Take a salt bath in the evening if you want to treat insomnia.In the morning, it will help purge your body from toxins. Your body releases a lot of toxins while you sleep, pushing them towards the surface of the skin. A morning bath will get rid of these toxins the fastest. 2. Visualize the Magical Waterfall If you cannot take a shower right away after interacting with stressful and energetically draining people or a situation, you can practice the “magical waterfall” visualization. It’s another ways to quickly cleanse energy system. A-Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths and simply imagine standing under a magical waterfall, which washes away any energies and impurities that don’t belong to you. See and feel the warm water falling down onto your head, shoulders and running over your body until everything is washed away, leaving you energized and cleansed. B-If you are new to visualization, it’s important for you to know that you don’t have to necessarily “see” everything clearly in your mind’s eye for it to work. Just practice this visualization a few times and it will soon become second nature to you. 3. Visualize a Protective Field around You This is another simple, yet powerful exercise, which will strengthen your protective boundaries. However, before doing this visualization it is strongly suggested that you first cleanse your energy system as you don’t want to “trap” energetic impurities in your system. A-Do this visualization when you are around lots of people, you are about to go into a particularly stressful situation or simply to increase your energetic and emotional resilience over time. B-Take a few minutes and close your eyes. Now try to feel and sense your aura. Again, this might be hard to do in the beginning but with a little bit of practice it will become easier. Try to sense where your energetic boundaries end. Sometimes, your aura can be so open that it almost fills up the entire room. Sometimes it is much closer to the body. C-What you want to do is to visualize and imagine your energetic boundaries stretching outward a few inches around your body. Once you can feel or sense it, visualize the energy around your body as dense and of a protective color. D-Dark blue and purple are especially protective and work really well but you can play with it. Go with your instincts and intuition and use whatever color works best for you. You want to train yourself in such a way that you can quickly and easily visualize the color around you so that you can quickly protect your energy field when you need it the most. 4. Walk Barefoot in Nature The root chakra, which is located at the end of your spine and which connects you into the Earth gives you a feeling of safety and protection when it’s energetically strong. The quickest and easiest way to strengthen it is to simply take off your shoes and walk barefoot on the Earth. A-The Earth’s natural energy field is called “Schumann Resonance” (global electromagnetic vibration) and oscillates at 7.83 Hz. This is the energetic frequency your body thrives on and by making contact with it, your body and your energy centers will naturally go into a state of harmony and equilibrium. 5. Strengthen Your Root Chakra If you don’t have the opportunity to walk barefoot in nature, the next best thing is to take your shoes off (you can do this inside your apartment), put your feet on the ground and visualize a grounding cord from the soles of your feet right into the Earth’s center. A-Do this for a few minutes until you feel more grounded and more at home within your body. Being grounding in your body is a natural protection against other people’s energetic influence. AURA MEDITATION EXERCISE:-- 09 FACTS;- 1-Preparing the Space, Preparing Yourself... Find a quiet, comfortable place for yourself--where you will not be disturbed. Create a relaxing atmosphere. You may want to light a candle, light incense, or play some quiet, soothing music in the background. Begin to relax in general. Take some deep breaths and perhaps do some light stretching. Sit upright in a comfortable position with an open posture. 2-Notice how you experience yourself before doing the aura meditation exercise. Then close your eyes and focus your attention inward... 3-Aura Meditation... Create a cord of energy between your hips and the center of the planet. (If you like, you can place your hands on your hips for a while--to increase the sensation of grounding.) Let your grounding cord have a steady downward flow... Use your grounding to release any excess energy out of your system. You can also release any unwanted energies down your grounding, all the way down to the center of the earth. Keep breathing naturally, releasing down your grounding cord...Notice what that's like... 4-Now notice where the very center of your head would be. Then BE in the center of your head...let your point of consciousness originate in the center of your head. Be aware of yourself from the center of your head. Create a quiet, comfortable place for yourself in the center of your head. (If you're thinking a lot, you're too far forward--move back into the center of your head where it's quieter.) Say "hello" to yourself from the center of your head. Let yourself receive an internal "hello" to Self...Notice what that's like... 5-Begin to open up your awareness of the field of energy around your physical body. Notice if your energy is close in tight around your body, or spread out far away from your body. Begin to draw your aura about an arm's length around your body...Draw your aura an arm's length in front, at the back, left and right sides, above your head and below your feet. Wrap yourself in your own energy an arm's length all the way around you...Notice what that's like... 6-Be right in the center of your head. Be aware of yourself as a spiritual being, made of energy. Validate yourself as soul..say "hello" to Self. Be aware of your aura an arm's length all the way around your body. Your aura is your personal space--define it, own it, enjoy it. Have your grounding cord off your hips, flowing down to the center of the planet. Keep releasing any excess or unwanted energies down to the center of the earth...Notice what it's like to be centering, grounding and validating your aura... 7-When you feel ready, take a few deep breaths, gently open your eyes, and slowly begin to move. Notice how you experience yourself after doing the aura meditation exercise. Give yourself some time to integrate this experience and enjoy being relaxed before moving on to other activities. 8-It is useful to practice this basic aura meditation on a daily basis. Your awareness of energy can build on this foundation of grounding, centering and the aura.Your Aura is the energetic force that surrounds your entire being. It is a magnet that draws in and repels all of the emotions, psychic debris and energy that swims around you. 9-In many ways, the condition of your aura creates the filter in which you see and experience the world.Some people who have a heightened awareness can see the aura, even though it is not visible to the naked eye. You can test your perceptiveness of auras by trying an exercise to ‘see’ your own aura or that of another person. ....SHIVOHAM.....
